Beginning at 6:45 p.m, about 80 customers in Fremont lost power. Seattle City Light says the power outage zone stretches from 46th St to N. Allen Place, and from Woodland Ave. N to Woodland Park Ave. N. There’s no estimated time to restore power. In Queen Anne, about 1,600 customers are without power. UPDATE: Seattle City
