Fremont Universe reader Vul writes: Not sure if anybody else heard the cop cruiser driving around at 3:30 in the morning, It definitely woke me up. A cruiser was driving around my neighborhood in circles for about 45 minutes blipping their siren in short bursts. I’ve attached a video of them going down my street.
