We first told you about some big restaurant news in Fremont after spotting the liquor license application back in September. Now, it’s official.  The vacant space above Chiso is reopening this Friday as Showa.  Showa, formerly Kappo, is owned by Taichi Kitamura.  You may remember that Kitamura closed down Kappo and opened a new restaurant
