The sad countdown has started at Fremont’s famous Buckaroo Tavern. This Friday (9/17), the landmark bar and gathering place will close its doors for good, at least at its current location on Fremont Avenue. As the “last call” party continues (the bar officially closes at 2am Saturday), we look back at the Buck with the help of the nonprofit Common Language Project and students of the University of Washington’s Special Topics in Communication class.
