Work has discreetly been underway in the space formerly occupied by men’s and women’s boutique Ian on 36th St (between Evanston and Dayton).
Neighbors have said the business is a new Mediterranean restaurant. According to their application for a liquor license, it’s going to be called Santolea. No word yet on when they’ll be open. If you have any other information, post it in the comments below.
