House ready for big move this weekend

The house on Palatine that’s moving to a new lot a few blocks away is jacked up and ready to go. You may remember that musician Steven Flynn swooped in at the last moment to save the home from demolition crews. He worked with the developers to hatch a plan to move it ten blocks away.

Crews are scheduled to move the home at 2 a.m. this Sunday, and we’ll have coverage of the big event right here on Fremont Universe.
