Marination Mobile opens today in Fremont

A new place to grab some grub opens in Fremont today. Marination Mobile travels around to several neighborhoods and today is Fremont’s day! The Hawaiian-Korean taco truck will be parked at Soundspeed Scooters (132 N. Canal St.) serving lunch every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Chef Cathy Calleja, formerly of Yarrow Bay Grill, will be dishing up kalbi beef, spicy pork, miso-ginger chicken, kalua pork, and tofu that are marinated in signature sauces. Or if you’d like to try something a bit different, there’s also the kimchi fried rice bowl, kimchi quesadilla, and SPAM musubi.
