Fremont’s Fleur De Lis Featured On CityStream

September 15th, 2011 by master

The Emmy award-winning show CityStream recently profiled Fremont garden ornament business, Fleur De Lis.

In this economy, making a go of a new business can be risky. But when a landmark garden ornament store in Fremont closed last year, it was an opportunity for a new beginning Miguel Hernandez couldn’t pass up. So with some money saved up, and a lot of passion, Fleur De Lis Garden Ornaments opened its doors providing a relaxing and tranquil relief for those looking to slow down and bring peace into their lives and yards.

Then tune in for the season premier of CityStream with host Penny LeGate from Fleur De Lis Garden Ornaments in Fremont. We’ll take a look at what some City kids did on their summer break – how many of them ventured into the great outdoors for the first time thanks to the O2 Program with Parks and Recreation. Plus, tune up your old instruments. There’s a community orchestra looking for new musicians as well as mentors.

Here’s a sneak peak of the piece to whet your appetite. The episode premieres tonight (Thursday) at 7pm on the Seattle Channel, cable channel 21.
